Hurricane Havana Morning Joy (Dani Joy), RN, TF, CGC, CGCA, CGCU

“Weeping may endure for a night, but Joy comes in the morning.”

– Holy Bible

In June 2009 at the Dog Show in Gridley, CA, Dani Joy received her Rally Novice Title

Dani Joy retired from being a Flyball Racing Dog and achieved her U-FLI title, Top Flight, at the U-FLI Tournament in September 2008 at Mare Island Sports Center!

Dani also received her Canine Good Citizenship Certificate on November 3rd, 2007 at the Shasta Kennel Club’s AKC Sanctioned B Match in Red Bluff at the Tehama County Fairgrounds! Thank you Judy Brown, APDT & AKC/CGC Evaluator. Since then she went on to earn her CGCA and CGCU. Dani Joy had uterine cancer and passed over the Rainbow Bridge at the age of 11 years old.

At the age of 11 years old, she competed in the Shasta Kennel Club’s Sanctioned B Match getting best of breed and best in group.

Dani Joy loved to play fetch, Flyball, Agility, Canine Musical Freestyle, Tricks and Rally Obedience.

Dani Joy (aka Hurricane Havana Morning Joy) is from long-time Sheltie Breeders and Judges, Carl and Patty Skinner of Homewood Shelties, Placerville, CA – who I highly recommend, respect and care for deeply. They breed beautiful quality show dogs (Tri’s, Merle’s & Sables) and it is a special privilege to have had 4 of their beautiful Shelties!
